I … I … don’t even know what to say.
Although my 8-year-old loves to bake - she baked her dad a birthday cake a few months ago, and now she’s baked us loaves of bread with her grandma. FOR FUN. And I was all, “From whose loins did you spring, oh stranger child?”
Because me? I HATE baking.

I had no idea this was possible. My two year old would rather eat asparagus than bread. If any bread is nearbye, she practically gags and makes the sign of the cross to chase away the evil carbs. Mac and cheese, she’ll do, however.
