- Last night I was sleeping, when I suddenly woke myself up by answering the question “Have you ever played checkers?” I don’t know who it was that asked the question, just some random voice in my mind, but I answered aloud, “Only in the backseat of a Pinto.” And, I’m sorry, but double-you tee eff? I’ve never seen the inside of a Pinto. Besides, the only thing I’ve ever done in the backseat of a car involved taking off my pants.
- Speaking of backseats, have you ever, you know, done it back there? Better yet, WHERE did you do it? I mean, yes, in the backseat, but where was the car parked? Cleatus and I once parked at a pre-school parking lot (after hours) down the road from my parent’s house. We also parked in an elementary school parking lot. And, of course, the front yard of my parent’s house when it was still under construction. All of these were when we were dating, FYI. Now that we’re married we do it in a bed like God intended. Although we once did it in the closet of our daughter’s newly remodeled bedroom, just because we could.
- Things with my neighbor have gotten even weirder. He is all FRIENDLY now. He waves and smiles and talks to me and stuff. He even came knocking on my door with Cindy-Lu’s shoes in hand one day after she apparently took them off outside and left them laying in our driveway. I think it’s fairly safe to say that he reads my blog and is frightened of what I may write about him if he does not behave. Or he has dementia. Either one is possible.
- When was your first kiss? Not your first little peck on the lips because someone dared you, but your first REAL kiss. Mine was when I was 14 years old. Incidentally, that was also the first time someone felt me up. A friend and I had gone to the skating rink (we rocked the skating rink during 7th and 8th grade, yo). I was sitting in a booth across from my friend and drinking a soda. This boy that I had been flirting with for awhile sat down next to me, asked me out, I said yes, and he put his arm around my waist and UP MY SHIRT. Gawd. I’d never even kissed anyone before and here he was trying to grope my boobs. Then he totally slobbered all over my face a little while later and I broke up with him the next day.
- Glee. Are you watching it? Why did I not believe everyone when they said how great it was? I’m on episode 5 now, and y’all, I love it. Best show ever.

Snort! I am reading this and giggling while still managing to yell at my 8 yo to get ready for school, so I am sure he thinks I am completely evil.
#1. never in the back, just the front with the seat reclined and the drive-in and dark, dark places. Once under a bridge and then looked up to see the “Hood-to-Coast” marathon going by on the bridge. Lovely.
#2. The neighbor has his own blog and is using one of his reader’s suggestions. Diabolical!
#3. 14 and on an amusement park ride w/ a boy named Owen who later became a youth pastor. Hope he’s not so pervy as he used to be!

Princess Sparklepants says:
ummm… yeah, sure. Who hasn’t, I mean really. I actually used the phrase “monkey lovin’” to describe what went down this one time. It’s the most freaking uncomfortable thing, but there was this one time when said-boyfriend-of-the-time were parked in this lot where a house had burnt down and the po po came along and rapped on my (fogged) window, and mannn… it was just like the song “Strokin’”. Egads.
My first real kiss was with Jimmy from across the street, and it was during a Truth or Dare game, but we wanted to, anyway, and then he was all, “you aren’t doing it right” and I yelled “Well I’m so freaking sorry” or something and the neighborhood kids were all a-giggle.

Back seat? Oh, hell yeah. Pretty much everywhere.
1st kiss – 13 – 8th grade – he was an “older man” in 10th. I walked him to the practice in the gym after school since I had a late bus and his friends saw and hooted and hollered at us. I was over the moon, but once I came back to earth I realized he slobbered. We didn’t last long.

Uh, well, do I dare divulge? Sure, just about anywhere & everywhere. The car is boring in comparison! *blush*
Weird old man. Watch out for that one!
First real kiss… trying to remember. I think it was about the same as yours. I must have chosen to block it from my memory.

I haven’t watched Glee. There, I said it. And while I’m at it, I’ve never read Twilight. Or Harry Potter. I’m a rebel!
I also have never done it in the back seat of the car. I’m a front seat only girl and the seats must recline. Holla, inner diva!
My first real kiss was in 8th grade. Brock Mason. Homecoming dance. That dude totally loved me. He was also the first boy to ever give me flowers. I wonder what happened to him.

Maybe it’s because I’m freakishly tall but I can NOT and never could imagine trying to do it in the back (or front) seat of a car. I am totally convinced it would be so uncomfortable that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy myself! Also, my first real kiss was at 18. And Glee is, as you now know, awesome. You should listen to everyone. We know what we are talking about. And if we jump off a bridge, you should too, because that’s what the cool kids are doing.

Texan Mama says:
Dude, that is very random.
Back seat, yes, also in your town, also at an Elementary school. Very weird coincidence.
Also, front seat, in the parking lot of a city park.
My first kiss came in 9th grade. I was at a party, I “macked” with a sophomore under a cover on a couch while there were tons of people milling around at the party. I think I was just incredibly socially inept!
And, your neighbor? Obviously he’s buttering you up for something. Watch out… he’s going to ask you to pay for half of a really expensive dividing fence or something like that.

Cherie says:
I did it in the backseat of a car once. We parked on a street near a sort of wooded area, but the street was a dead-end so we were fairly sure no one was going to drive by. And we were parked behind another car. Only the thing was, when we finished, that car was no longer there. So at some point, someone got in it and drove away. And probably saw us. And we didn’t notice. And that is awkward.
The weirdest place I’ve ever done it in general was a chapel at a cemetary. And oh yes, it was during a viewing. Which sounds really horrible of me, but I swear we weren’t anywhere visible. We were in kind of a little room off to the side where I think people can go to cry privately or something.
I had my first kiss at 14 also and it was really icky and I didn’t even like the boy that much. He slobbered a lot too. It was like kissing a teething infant.

Cherie says:
Oh, and I’ve had sex often in closets, because my boyfriend in high school always had friends over and they would never let us have any privacy. So that was where we would go to be alone. There were many jokes cracked about “coming out of the closet.”

omg, never in the back seat, but one time under a majorly huge bridge near out house with cars whizzing overhead. kinda cool. also, my first kiss and feel-up was at a skating rink too!!! we rocked it just like y’all did. i have a 13 yr. old, and i cringe to think of the stuff we were doing at that age. he seems so much more innocent than we did!

Never in the backseat but the front seat. Broke a cupholder once. Keep an eye out for the neighbor. He is probably waiting till your guard is down. I was 14 when I had my first kiss. It was in the dark at the side (outside) of my house.

Never had sex in a car, but made out several times. Like poster above, I am way too tall for such shenanigans.
First kiss?? Probably when I was 14, in the backseat of a car. I also remember it being very slobbery and thinking “is this it? yuck!”
That neighbor is up to something. Don’t let your guard down. He’s hoping he can woo you with sweet old maness and then BAM! More leaves on the lawn but then you will be to charmed to be mean.

Oh, Queen Karly is baaaccck!
So, done in the front seat, and I did it in the back seat just last week, but I’m not as flexable as I once was, so that’s never happening again.
You’ve put the hoodoo down on the old guy. You you need to start your own home based spell business. you can call it Karly’s Voodoo Shack.
1st kiss was at 13 with some boy my FRIEND arranged to have kiss me. And she watched. Hmmm.
